Eligibility: The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of designated Disadvantaged Community (DAC) areas within the Mid-Hudson region. Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Sponsor: The sweepstakes is sponsored by PowerMarket, located at 335 Madison Avenue - 4th Floor, New York, NY 10017.
Agreement to Rules: By participating, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and decisions of PowerMarket, which are final and binding in all respects.
Sweepstakes Period: The sweepstakes begins on February 1, 2024 at 9:00 am and ends on March 1, 2024 at 10:00 pm. Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter: Entrants can enter the sweepstakes by enrolling in the Mid-Hudson Community Solar program or by completing the Alternate Entry Form below.
Prize: The winner will receive a RadRunner 2 Electric Utility Bike, or equal. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitutions are allowed, except by PowerMarket, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of comparable or greater value.
Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected in a random drawing after the Sweepstakes Period. The winner will be notified via email or phone within 90 days following the drawing. PowerMarket is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason.
Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
General Conditions: PowerMarket reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond PowerMarket's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by PowerMarket in its sole discretion.
Release and Limitations of Liability: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless PowerMarket, and its subsidiaries, affiliates including Mid-Hudson Energy Transition, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize.

Disputes: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF NEW YORK, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in New York having jurisdiction.
